CNC turned parts
Another of Moser's core competencies is the manufacture of long and short turned parts, which we produce on CNC machines in small, medium-sized and large series with flexible production. Our modern, high-performance machinery ensures a high degree of cost-effectiveness, even during prototype and sample part production. We process all materials up to 32 mm in diameter efficiently and cost-effectively in high volumes on multi-spindle automatic lathes.

Vertical turning entails deep-drawn and die-cut semifinished products being perfected in a special manufacturing process. We have extensive knowledge of this technology and its unique requirements, enabling us to produce deep-drawn and die-cut turned parts with maximum efficiency.
