Based in Bubsheim in the Swabian Alb region, Richard Moser KG supplies precision turned parts to customers from a wide array of industries including machine manufacture, automotive, hydraulics, magnet technology and many other economic sectors. Formation1960
The Moser company was founded in 1960 by the brothers Alfred and Stefan Moser. Due to the steady growth and expansion of the machinery, a larger production facility was regularly required. We have been based in Königsheimer Street since 2000.
Area6800m2
The production area covers 6,800 square metres. Our production is carried out with more than 100 production machines, which are operated in three shifts.
Photovoltaics 97%
Thanks to extensive photovoltaic equipment, we can operate our systems and machines with climate-neutral electricity. We generate up to 15 % of our own electricity. The roof and the neighbouring area are equipped with the appropriate systems.

Vertical turned parts
Vertical turning entails deep-drawn and die-cut semifinished products being perfected in a special manufacturing process. We have extensive knowledge of this technology and its unique requirements, enabling us to produce deep-drawn and die-cut turned parts with maximum efficiency.
CNC long and short turning
Another of Moser's core competencies is the manufacture of long and short turned parts, which we produce for you on CNC machines in small, medium-sized and large series. At the same time, our cutting-edge, high-performance machinery ensures a high degree of cost-effectiveness at all times, even during prototype and sample part production.
Multi-spindle turned parts
When it comes to manufacturing medium-sized and large production runs, conventional multi-spindle automatic lathes continue to be the ideal way to guarantee the highest standards of precision and efficiency.
